The format of this teacher certification program is 6 1/2 months that includes 27 weeks of weekly 3.5 hr asana lesson plans and 6 two day weekend intensives for A&P, Yoga Methodology and Yoga Philosophy. However, you can modify the curriculum to be a weekend course, 9 month, year long or one month course.
Kit includes:
* A 300+ page curriculum manual with 27 weeks of easy to follow lesson plans that you can adapt to your style of teaching yoga and use as a guide to develop your own manual. We include a template of the lesson plans for you to complete learning objectives, class agenda and photos of yoga poses.
